Some external bookings were not imported?

Data Import Settings

When syncing external booking data to your WordPress site, by default, CozyStay will first check the remaining number of rooms on the WordPress site for each day. If a room on the WordPress site is fully booked on a certain day, or is manually marked as “blocked” by the administrator, then the external bookings of the room on the same day will not be imported.

If you want to import all external bookings, regardless of whether there are enough rooms available on your WordPress site, you can set it so that the number of remaining rooms on your WordPress site is NOT checked when syncing data. Please change the settings as follows:

  1. On your WordPress dashboard, please navigate to “Rooms” > “iCal Sync” > In the “Settings” tab > Find “Import all data?” and check the box.
    Please note this is a new feature added in version 1.7.0. If you cannot find this option on your site, please update your theme and required plugin first (How to update?).

  2. After that, click “Save changes“.
  3. Navigate to the “Sync Calendars” tab, and click the “Sync All External Calendars” button to re-sync all data.
  4. Please also note that with this setting, you may find that when you view the “Availability Calendar” for a room, you will see that the number of rooms remaining on some dates is less than 0.
