If you want to simply reverses the ordering of columns in a section on tablet/mobile view, go to Section Setting > Advanced > Responsive > Reverse Columns and set it to Yes.
But if there are multiple columns in this section and you want to be more free to adjust their vertical order on mobile devices, for example, put the second column at the front, followed by the first column, the third column, the fourth column, then, please edit the COLUMN > Style Tab > [PatioTime] Column Order.
