When editing a section, please navigate to the Style Tab > [PatioTime Animation], and then you can enable Parallax on Scroll animation.
Y axis translation – Controls the displacement of the background on the y-axis (longitudinal), the larger the value, the greater the background offset.
Please note: the section need a background image/video/slideshow to see the parallax effect.
