When a website visitor has not added any products (including rooms) to the shopping cart, if they visit the “Cart” or “Checkout” page at this time, an empty shopping cart page will be displayed, as well as a “Return to Shop” button.
By default, clicking this “Reture to Shop” button will direct the viewer to the “Shop” page, which is the page where all WooCommerce products are displayed.
For a regular WooCommerce online shop, this is no problem. But when using the CozyStay theme, the main purpose of using WooCommerce is to make payment for room reservations, so at this time the hotel website owner usually prefers to direct the visitors to a page that displays all rooms, rather than a normal shop page.
We provide the option to quickly change the page this button points to. Please follow the steps below:
- Please open the WordPress Customizer, and navigate to “WooCommerce“.
- Click “CS Extra“.
- Find the “Return to shop” Button URL option.
- When “Default” is selected, it points to the default WooCommerce Shop page. In the dropdown list, you will find all the pages on your website listed here. Then please select the page you set up to display a list of all rooms.
- Publish the change. Done.
