{"id":1171,"date":"2020-12-08T05:01:54","date_gmt":"2020-12-08T05:01:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/loftocean.com\/doc\/?p=1171"},"modified":"2023-10-20T09:59:46","modified_gmt":"2023-10-20T09:59:46","slug":"close-support-ticket","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loftocean.com\/doc\/blog\/use-support-system\/close-support-ticket\/","title":{"rendered":"Close support ticket"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>To better organize and track your (and every user&#8217;s) support requests, the status of your support ticket is updated based on the situation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If one of the following conditions applies, your support ticket will be closed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When your questions in a ticket have been answered by our support team, you reply and confirm that the questions\/issues have been answered\/resolved, then the support team will close the support ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the support team has not received a response from the customer for more than <strong>30 days <\/strong>after responding to a ticket, the ticket will be closed automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong>\u00a0A closed ticket cannot be replied again. If you have other questions or problems,\u00a0<strong>please open a new ticket<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:35%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>View Closed Ticket:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the left sidebar &gt; Click the small menu button &gt; Click &#8220;Closed&#8221; &gt; All closed tickets will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The title of a closed ticket will be strikethrough. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on the title of the closed support ticket to see the contents of the support ticket.
