Please navigate to your website dashboard >\u00a0Rooms > Booking Rules<\/strong>, there you can create some booking rule-sets and apply them to selected rooms. Following are the options for each booking rule set:<\/p>

  • Title<\/strong>\u00a0– Name the rule-set. For example, “High Season”.<\/li>
  • Time Range<\/strong>\u00a0– Set the Time Range for the rule to take effect, for example, from September 10, 2023 to December 31, 2023. You can also choose to make a rule permanent without a time limit.<\/li>
  • Stay Length<\/strong>\u00a0– Minimum & Maximum Nights<\/li>
  • Stay Length by Check-in Day<\/strong>\u00a0– Set the minimum and maximum stay time according to the day of the week of the check-in day (Mondays \/ Tuesdays \/ Wednesday \/ …)<\/li>
  • No Check-in and No Check-out Days Settings<\/strong>\u00a0– Set which days of the week guests cannot check in and which days guests cannot check out.<\/li>
  • How far in advance can guests book?<\/strong>\u00a0– Minimum Advance Reservation \/ Maximum Advance Reservation.<\/li>
  • Apply the Rule-set To<\/strong>\u00a0selected rooms.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    When multiple booking rules are applied to a room, please note:<\/p>\n

      \n \t
    • There can only be at most one<\/b> booking rule with no time limit at the same time;<\/li>\n \t
    • When there are multiple booking rules with time range restrictions, please ensure that the time ranges of these booking rules do not overlap<\/b>, otherwise calculation conflicts will occur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      How do booking rule sets work?<\/strong>\u00a0We will use the following scenarios as examples:<\/p>

      A new booking rule-set is created, which including:<\/p>

      • Title<\/strong>\u00a0– “High Season Booking Rules”<\/li>
      • Time Range<\/strong>\u00a0– From December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023<\/li>
      • Stay Length<\/strong>\u00a0– Min Stay: 3 nights, Max Stay: 7 nights<\/li>
      • Stay Length by Check-in Day<\/strong>\u00a0– Not Set<\/li>
      • No Check-in and No Check-out Days Settings<\/strong>\u00a0– No Check-in: Mondays, No Check-out: Fridays<\/li>
      • How far in advance can guests book?<\/strong>\u00a0– Minimum Advance Reservation: 3 Days, Maximum Advance Reservation: Not Set<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        And then apply this booking rule-set to some rooms.<\/p>

        • Stay Length<\/strong>\u00a0– When guests check in on any day within this time range, they are required to stay for at least 3 nights and no more than 7 nights. Even if the check-in time is the last day within this time range.<\/li>
        • No Check-in Days<\/strong>\u00a0– All Mondays within this time frame are closed for check-in.<\/li>
        • No Check-out Days<\/strong>\u00a0– All Fridays within this time frame are closed for check-out.<\/li>
        • Minimum Advance Reservation: 3 Days<\/strong>\u00a0– When booking a room, as long as the selected check-in date is within this time range, it needs to be booked at least three days in advance.
