Close support ticket

To better organize and track your (and every user’s) support requests, the status of your support ticket is updated based on the situation.

If one of the following conditions applies, your support ticket will be closed:

  • When your questions in a ticket have been answered by our support team, you reply and confirm that the questions/issues have been answered/resolved, then the support team will close the support ticket.
  • If the support team has not received a response from the customer for more than 30 days after responding to a ticket, the ticket will be closed automatically.

Please note: A closed ticket cannot be replied again. If you have other questions or problems, please open a new ticket.

View Closed Ticket:

In the left sidebar > Click the small menu button > Click “Closed” > All closed tickets will be displayed.

The title of a closed ticket will be strikethrough.

Click on the title of the closed support ticket to see the contents of the support ticket. But it cannot be edited or replied again.
