Sometimes, when you submit a support request to us, we may ask you to provide us with a temporary admin account of your website, so that we can log into your website to check your site environment and plugins settings.
Providing admin access to developers is often used for debugging. Because each user may have a different site environment (using different themes and plugins, as well as different settings for the same plugin/theme). We can’t create a site environment exactly the same as the user’s site every time, and the cause of a problem may be various. The best way to find the exact cause of the problem is to check the problem and debug it on the site where the problem occurred.
You can use this plugin: Temporary Login Without Password. Using “Temporary Login Without Password” plugin you can create a self expiring account for someone and give them a special link with which they can login to your WordPress without needing a username and password.

Submit the form and a temporary login link will be generated.
Please “Click To Copy” and send it to the support team.
Or you can find the “Actions” column and click the small “link” icon to copy the login link.
